I am an HPCSA Registered Psychological Counselor (PRC 0020796, BHF 0831417). I obtained my BPsych degree at Midrand Graduate Institute in 2011 where I also completed my 720 hours of internship.
My extensive psychological background and experience is derived from working with different organisations such as The Teddy Bear Clinic for sexually abused children, the Phelophepa Health Train where I was providing free counselling services to less privileged communities in the Eastern Cape.
I also worked at both Crescent and Cluny Farms, facilitating psycho-social programmes with people living with mental disabilities. I co-facilitated conflict resolution and anger management psycho-social programmes at the Leeuwkop Correctional Services for inmates. I have done work at the Midrand Police Station’s Victim Empowerment Unit where I provided debriefing sessions for victims of crime.
